Estate Planning Attorney

A respected boutique firm located in the Orange County Airport area is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with five to eight years of experience. About the Role:

Our practice centers on supporting private operating businesses and real estate development clients with their transactional and estate planning needs. Serving as trusted outside counsel and long-term advisors we work directly with business owners to guide their strategic estate and tax planning.

The ideal candidate will:

Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand clients unique personal business and tax considerations
Deliver effective customized estate and tax planning solutions
Demonstrate substantial experience drafting estate planning documents as well as handling probate and trust administration
Have experience in probate and trust litigation (highly desired)
