PC Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced producer to join a dynamic team.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60000 - $75000 (depending on experience) commission
- Competitive benefits package paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads generated through referrals to identify insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with support staff to streamline processes (no servicing or quoting required).
- Manage a portfolio of generalist accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success in sales.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment after training.
