  • Job Title: Associate Game Producer
  • Job Summary: As an Associate Game Producer you will support the development and delivery of game features and content by assisting with schedules team coordination and project documentation. You will help facilitate Agile ceremonies contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth development workflows. This is a great opportunity to learn production best practices gain hands-on experience in game development and grow within a collaborative studio environment.

What youll do

  • Assist in organizing Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
  • Build and manage development schedules and plans from kickoff through delivery.
  • Align the teams work with studio priorities and project goals.
  • Drive the predictable on-time execution of team deliverables at a high-quality.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation track risks and issues and provide clear timely status updates to stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings to share updates and resolve blockers.
  • Collaborate with LiveOps producers to support release management and live operations.

What youll bring

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in video game development preferably with 1 years in direct studio or internship experience.
  • Familiarity with live operations and release pipelines preferred.
  • Experience with Trading Card Games (playing or development) is a plus.
  • Exposure to working with teams who have shipped a game or major feature across the full lifecycle (pre-production production launch and live support).
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational planning communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A growth mindset and adaptability with a focus on quality and execution.

Base Salary Range: For this role new hires generally start between $89000.00 - $107000.00 per year. The full range is $89000.00 - $125000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidates qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
