Job requirements
- Strong communication skills as the role puts the candidate in the first line of support for our products
- Effective team communication and collaboration skills openness to asking questions as well as coming forth with own ideas
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate in English daily
- Minimum 1 year of experience in applications support
- Practical skills in some of the following:
- Artifactory
- SonarQube
- TeamCity
- Ability to test Applications after main Releases updates according to Test cases. Eager to automate manual test cases and any other proposal to improve manual task.
Qualifications
- Work in a support team as a contributing member
- Work with users and ensure support tickets are resolvedprofessionallyand in a timely manner
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Participate in team events and Agile rituals
- Contribute ideas to improve Productivity Tools
- Help with improving both manual and automated testing processes
Good to have
- Interests in:
- Some understanding of RESTful APIs
