Job Summary
- As an Agribusiness Manager you will be responsible for pro-active management of Agribusiness relationships and Commercial Lending providing fully integrated corporate solutions and full portfolio management via growth through existing customer relationships acquisition of new customers and expense management.
- Using your business development and relationship management skills you will provide financial advisory services fully integrated financial solutions and risk management for customers.
- You will ensure success through understanding our clients unique businesses communicating effectively making timely decisions utilising your strong commercial acumen and driving innovation and continuous improvement.

In the role of Agribusiness Manager you will join Hugh Bailey and theRegional Agri Central Adelaide team thats doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Identify new farming and post gate Agribusiness and referral opportunities & establish develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
- Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key Corporate Agribusiness Banking customers and Referral partners
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
- Implement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local market
- Implement complex strategies analysing annual Cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth.
- Personally sanction lending within own Delegated Lending authorities
- An established network within the broker industry.

- Experience in all aspects for financial analysis
- Passion for relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Agribusiness Banker role preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness banking and/or credit assessment.
