Key Responsibilities
- The main job duties for this position are to sort and clean soft contents and personal property detail clean contents and inventory the items.
- You will be required to assist and performing other restoration activities as needed including but not limited to water extraction fire damages set-up of specialty equipment and demolition.
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
Position Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in restoration construction or a related field is preferred.
- IICRC certification is a plus but not required
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights work in tight spaces (e.g. crawl spaces attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
