The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process to attract source and present top talent to the organization. This role involves working closely with senior team members hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on administrative tasks candidate sourcing interview coordination and building relationships with potential candidates to support staffing needs.

Recruitment Support:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job posting resume screening and scheduling interviews.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.

  • Draft and update job descriptions to reflect accurate and engaging information about open roles.

Candidate Sourcing and Interview Coordination:

  • Use job boards social media and other online platforms to source and identify potential candidates.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and interest.

  • Assist with pre-employment processes including coordinating with the processing team to complete reference checks and background verification.

  • Support new hire onboarding by ensuring smooth communication between HR hiring managers and candidates.

Employer Branding:

  • Help promote the companys employer brand through social media posts career fairs and community engagement.

  • Assist in organizing recruitment events to attract a diverse pool of candidates

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information.

  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness.

  • Support senior recruiters with ad hoc projects and process improvements.

  • Special Projects and Other Duties as assigned

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not required). High school diploma or GED required.

Required Length & Type of Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in recruitment HR or related fields (internships or entry-level roles are a plus).

  • 30% Travel Possibility

  • French speaking Preferred

  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) Workday and Google Suite proficiency

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strategic dynamic enthusiastic and quick to take initiative

  • Highly motivated goal driven result oriented and team player

  • Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed and other job boards.

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics.

  • Interest or experience in employer branding initiatives.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adjust to new tools systems and processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to requests and demands.

  • Works effectively with colleagues hiring managers and external stakeholders
