The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity is now available for a current Ride Trainer and Ellis Instructor to step into the role of Ride Operations Assessor. There are three roles available each based at Sea World Warner Bros. Movie World and WetnWild. This role is a three-month contract providing consistent on-the-ground support mentoring coaching and feedback to our ride & slide operators. As a Ride Operations Assessor you will champion our commitment to safety by upholding and enhancing existing procedures while also fostering a culture that balances service excellence with fun and memorable guest experiences.

Your day to day:
Provide consistent support and presence on the ground to ride and slide operators offering mentoring and encouragement to reach performance standards.
Identify performance trends in ride/slide operators and consult with Attractions/Aquatic Training Coordinators to develop and implement strategies to manage risks.
Deliver targeted training sessions on focus topics identified through trend analysis.
Support Supervisors and Trainers in delivery of team briefings simulated evacuations and In-service training.
Demonstrate excellent procedural knowledge and comprehensive ride operation experience.
Participating in the development progression and performance management of team members to ensure growth within the business
Ensure understanding and application of Attractions Training and Assessment Strategy.
Monitor performance of ride operators via site visits assessing levels of guest engagement communication (verbal and non-verbal) diligence in safety checks and efficiency through performance assessments including Quick Coaching Cards and Visual & Verbal Evaluations.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Support remediation sessions as required.
Participate in and contribute to team development meetings.

What youll bring:
Must currently perform the role of Ride Trainer (SW/MW) or Ellis Instructor (WNW)
Computer skill data entry
