The Role

We are looking to bolster our Internal Audit team with a talented high energy self-motivated professional to work with our portfolio of clients in the government space.

About You

Experience in internal audit or risk consulting preferably in public practice but may also be private consulting or industry roles. Applicants with experience in external audit are also encouraged to apply.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of risk assurance and controls either in a general capacity or focused on a specific area.
Confident written and verbal communication skills and enjoy being in front of clients.
Excellent stakeholder management relationship building and networking skills.
An investigative mind with the ability to logically and correctly analyse information to inform findings and conclusions.
A commitment to continuing to develop their career in risk consulting / internal audit.
Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence and have a willingness and ability to travel to our clients situated across Victoria.
Experience working with the government sector particularly local government will be highly regarded but not essential
Membership or commencement of program with a professional body such as IIA CAANZ CPA ISACA or RMIA will be highly regarded but not essential.
