Were looking for a detail-oriented part-time Paralegal to join our corporate office and provide essential in-house legal support with a focus on research contracts and compliance. This role works closely with attorneys and business leaders to draft and review contracts maintain contract databases conduct legal research and support organizational compliance initiatives. This is an in-office position based on the west side of Evansville IN.

What Youll Do
- Draft review and process a variety of contracts.
- Maintain contract databases track compliance and ensure proper execution of agreements.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research to support attorneys compliance and business leaders.
- Summarize findings into clear reports memos and guidance for decision-making.
- Assist with corporate filings intellectual property documentation and form management.
- Support policy development training materials and compliance manuals.
- Collaborate with HR Finance Operations and Compliance teams to implement legal and policy requirements.
- Act as a liaison between Corporate Counsel and business operations providing general in-house legal support.

What Were Looking For
- Associate or Bachelors degree required; Paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
- 35 years of paralegal experience ideally in a corporate or in-house setting.
- Strong knowledge of contract law corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with legal research tools (LexisNexis Westlaw) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to problem-solve adapt quickly and manage multiple deadlines.
- Works independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
