The Job:

As a Electro-Mechanical Engineer youll be part of our Tools and Outdoor team working as an on-site employee. Youll get to:

• Develop concepts for new equipment fixtures and related equipment in support of new and improved products.

• Evaluate and assist in the development of new manufacturing technologies.

• Responsible for design detailing and manufacturing support to provide high quality results.

• Support manufacturing in the daily problem solving of new and existing equipment (mechanically and controls logic).

• Improve safety in manufacturing operations by addressing ergonomic and other safety concerns.

• Startup and launch of new equipment into production.

• Support machine controls updates to newer hardware platforms.

• Work with systems ranging from but not limited to Various welding machining robotic automation painting heat treating punch press and packaging equipment.

• Have a bachelors degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• 5 years related work experience.

• Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC programming HMI programming and motor and servo controls. Vision system experience is a plus.

• Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capable of troubleshooting complex problems through data driven analysis.

• Creo Catia Windchill and AutoCAD Electrical experience is a plus.

• Are self-motivated capable of working with minimum supervision. Also enjoy working collaboratively with a team driven focus.
