Position Summary/Job Duties: | Provide general office support including desk coverage and greeting visitors Assist with clerical tasks such as filing scanning copying and preparing documents Support scheduling and meeting coordination including room reservations and calendar updates Help maintain organized records and databases through accurate data entry Monitor and restock office supplies and assist with inventory tracking Participate in occasional event support Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all interactions Collaborate with staff and faculty to support special projects or initiatives as assigned |
