Safety Manager M1 Corridor (Midlands) 55000 Car and travel

Were working with a leading electrical utilities contractor seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to oversee projects across the M1 corridor in the Midlands. This is a key role ensuring compliance driving safety culture and supporting operational teams in delivering high-quality safe and sustainable projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage health safety environmental and quality standards across multiple sites.
Provide expert advice and guidance to site teams and project managers.
Conduct audits inspections and risk assessments to maintain compliance.
Develop and implement HSEQ initiatives policies and continuous improvement programmes.
Report on performance investigate incidents and promote a proactive safety culture.

What Were Looking For:

Proven background in HSEQ management within utilities electrical or construction sectors.
Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and ISO standards.
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
Excellent communication leadership and influencing skills.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites.
