Salary: 40000 per annum

They are looking for a tenacious accurate and driven individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills who can manage the sales progression process with efficiency and professionalism.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale.
• Ensuring all parties in the chain are aware of timescales and requirements.
• Communicating with solicitors mortgage advisors and other agencies.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction.
• Managing sales progression from offer accepted through to completion.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met.

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in Residential Property Sales Progression.
• Detailed knowledge of the property sales process.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to build strong business relationships.
• Confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Reside within easy reach of Southsea.
