What you are empowered to accomplish: Plummer is looking for a seasoned Administrative Assistant to support a team of professional engineers and scientists. The Administrative Assistant will provide technical support including writing and finalizing project-related documents. The Administrative Assistant will also excel at administrative work including answering phones receiving the public preparing expense reports managing mail managing day-to-day operations in our Construction Management group and providing exceptional customer service. Other duties may include:
- Project related duties as assigned
- Practice Leader Support projects
- Technology projects for CM group
- New Employee coordination/onboarding
- Safety Equipment required by employees
- Schedule Quality Control Meeting/Agendas Minutes
- Support Technology efforts in Procore ProEst and Openspace.
- Business Development materials for CM group and meeting support.
- Social Media Posts for Plummer
- Support SOQ development for CM group.

We require a high school diploma or GED equivalent and prefer a bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a similar field. We are seeking a strong communicator with organizational and time management skills and the ability to be detail oriented and problem solve. Above all we are seeking someone who loves people and is excited to provide exceptional customer service.
