Job Title: Program Manager Ops Integration
About the Role: Were looking for a Program Manager to help bring AI technology into our Quick Commerce operations at Amazon. Youll work on making our operations smoother and improving how we serve customers.
This Role is Right for You If: You enjoy working with technology Youre good at solving problems You work well with different types of teams You can explain complex ideas simply You like improving how things work.
Key job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities: Create plans for using AI in our operations Build tools to help our delivery operations work better Work with tech teams to turn ideas into real solutions Make project plans and track progress Look at how things are working and find ways to make them better
A day in the life
What Youll Do Day-to-Day: Work with different teams to create AI tools that help our operations run better Lead projects that make our delivery operations more efficient Help solve problems and make improvements to how we work Keep track of how well new tools and systems are working Work with tech teams to build useful solutions
- 2 years of program or project management experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Good knowledge of AI and machine learning
