What awaits you/ Job Profile	As part of BMW TechWorks India in the Digital Product Engineering cluster you will play a key role in the CAD part design and geometrical integration of interior and exterior components including ECUs across all vehicle derivatives. Your development scope will ensure all geometric integration requirements are met guaranteeing the functional fulfillment of components through virtual simulation-based and hardware validation methods. You will be responsible for developing concept alternatives managing versioning and releases within BMW systems and collaborating in packaging boards and committees to support the vehicle development process. Your work will contribute directly to on-time error-free delivery according to the milestones defined in the virtual vehicle synchronization schedule.
What should you bring along	A masters degree in engineering or comparable qualification Strong project management skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams and participate actively in technical committees Commitment to delivering high-quality results within defined deadlines
Must have technical skill	Proficiency in CATIA V5 for CAD part design Experience with MS Office tools Familiarity with BMW-specific tools such as Jira Prisma PSN IDAS B2B and CAD-PDM Understanding and application of release management and version control processes (Freigabeleitstand)
Good to have Technical skills	Knowledge of virtual vehicle modeling and publication processes Experience in supplier drawing implementation and conversion Background in designing control unit brackets and component packaging
