As a passenger segment (M1) vehicle integration engineer in Full Vehicle Concept & Sub-System IntegrationSystems team you will play a key role in the architecture and packaging of vehicle concept for BMWs vehicles. Your responsibilities will include: - holistic understanding of vehicle architecture with domain expertise across front and rear sub-concepts interior and exterior systems ergonomics and design-technic convergence.

Must have technical skill | Overall Vehicle Concept & Design-Technic Convergence: - Lead the development of vehicle-level architecture balancing design intent technical feasibility and manufacturing constraints.
- Facilitate convergence between styling engineering and regulatory requirements.
- Define and manage vehicle packaging system interfaces and layout strategies.
Front & Rear Sub-Concept Integration: - Develop and integrate front-end systems (e.g. crash structures cooling modules lighting sensors).
- Lead rear-end architecture including tailgate bumper lighting crash structures and cargo space packaging.
- Ensure compliance with crash safety aerodynamics and regulatory standards.
Interior & Exterior Concept Development: - Coordinate integration of interior systems (cockpit seating trims HVAC HMI) with ergonomic and aesthetic goals.
- Oversee exterior systems (body panels closures lighting mirrors) ensuring styling and functional alignment.
- Support NVH thermal comfort and user interface validation.
Ergonomics & User Experience: - Define and validate ergonomic parameters including seating posture reach zones visibility and ingress/egress.
- Collaborate with HMI and UX teams to ensure intuitive and comfortable user interaction.
- Conduct ergonomic benchmarking and support physical mock-up evaluations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Validation: - Support packaging checks fit & finish and functional testing.
- Work closely with design CAE manufacturing electrical and testing teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Create layout and master sections and dimensions
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience on CATIA and PLM systems.
