Job Summary

Requirements

Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Languages
A minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Experience of using Oracle Maximo or other similar software is preferable
Experience in training coordination
Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Outlook Excel PowerPointChinese and English word processing Adobe Acrobat DC etc.

Provide general clerical and administrative support including data entry report compilation training and relevant quality system coordinator filing & word processing etc.
Assist in handling material ordering arrange maintenance of office machines and procurement processes
Provide support to office administration and other ad-hoc projects as required
