- Classification: Non-Exempt Full-time 30 hours per week
- Hourly Salary: $19-$21 per hour (depending on education and experience)

Primary Function:Under the direct supervision of the Area Director the Oxford Site Coordinator will lead direct and guide overall daily operations on a school setting and ensures Formula For Impact strategy and programs are delivered and scheduled program activities are safe supervision and discipline/recognition policies are observed for members and staff the school grounds/multi-purpose room and atmosphere is maintained in a clean safe and thematic manner. Follow current COVID-19 policies and procedures as they are updated to reflect current Orange County Tiers for safe in-person services. Assist with payroll budget controls (coverage) employee schedule is posted assists with staff training and coaching including the evaluation process. As requested by the Area Director provides a positive voice in our community regarding the Club and organization and engages with Club community events. Will evaluate programs and activities provided within the all core program areas. These will include throughout the program calendar year education sports and recreation and the arts (crafts dance or drama productions etc.) Will promote and build relationships with community leaders and offer assistance with campus activities/events as requested. Will attend team meetings with all supervisors as requested virtually or in-person. Recognize and celebrate youth development success daily and monthly by participating with BGCA specialized competitions and recognition programs. Key Roles:- Prepare Youth for Success: Create an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes: Provide guidance and role modeling to members. Promote 40 Developmental Assets and PLAYWorks. Participate as requested by Volunteer Engagement Coordinator with club members activities and support Monitor and facilitate programs and services to ensure safety of members quality of programs and appearance of the facility at all times. Oversee daily lunchtime/Recess lunch program on campus. Schedule staff lunches/breaks. Prepare/review weekly/monthly calendars that offer a variety of activities thematic to the season and delivered to supervisor in a timely manner. Review the Yearly Program Calendar on a monthly basis to ensure updates and included and revisions are posted.
- Supervision of Membership: Sets and maintains appropriate standards of behavior using positive reinforcement while supporting childrens self-esteem.
- Operational Management: Vision Tracking Program Input/Outcomes & Measurements in partnership with Member Services Coordinator. Completes safety inspections for club vans not only for driving but for storage of club park equipment and supplies. Supervise Site and be point of contact.

- Bachelors from an accredited college or university preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of youth development practices and strategies
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems
- Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth
- Established communication skills both oral and written
- Good computer literacy with multiple computer applications
