We are seeking an Executive Operations & Systems Assistant to partner with leadership in driving key projects and initiatives strengthening day-to-day operations and enhancing process efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadershipto support key projects initiatives and executive priorities.
Manage organizational tools and systems ensuring seamless upkeep integration and adoption across the organization.
Oversee daily operations by coordinating workflows resources and cross-functional communication.
Support sales and marketing efforts through campaign coordination content tracking and project follow-through.
Collect organize and manage organizational data providing accurate reports and insights to guide decision-making.
Drive process management by mapping workflows monitoring performance and implementing improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Identify and recommend enhancements to systems tools and processes that strengthen operational excellence.
Serve as a central point of coordination ensuring alignment and accountability across departments.
Communicate with vendors and clients occasionally to support operations resolve issues and ensure positive relationships.
Qualifications :
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with focus and accuracy.
Strong work ethic with a self-driven mindset and high capacity for processing information and tasks.
Quick learner with the ability to pick up new tools systems and processes efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; able to pause clarify and confirm details to ensure accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to stay on track and maintain attention to detail.
Solid math and data management skills to support reporting analysis and decision-making.
Flexibility and adaptability in handling a wide variety of tasks across operations systems and projects.
Confident communicator with some extraversion; able to initiate conversations with vendors clients and partners when needed.
Background in sales or marketing coordination preferred.
Collaborative and professional demeanor with the ability to support executive leadership effectively.
