What you will do at Harris County Precinct 4:
Harris County Precinct 4 is seeking a dedicated and motivated Community Center Assistant Manager to help lead the daily operations at Steve Radack Community Center. This role supports the Community Center Manager in ensuring the center remains a welcoming safe and engaging place for all visitors. The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in delivering high-quality programs fostering community partnerships and upholding our core values of Heart Hustle and Higher Standards in every interaction.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Three (3) years of professional related community center or customer service experience
OR:
With:
One (1) year in a supervisory or managerial role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Licensure:
Valid Texas drivers license with a good driving record.

Experience:
Two (2) or more years of supervisory or managerial experience preferably in a community center recreation or customer-service-oriented environment. (preferred)
Language:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
Position Type Salary and Typical Hours of Work:
Regular Full-time 40 hours per week
May be required to work evenings and/or weekends to ensure staff coverage during the Centers operating hours.
