A great opportunity has come up for a fixed-term role covering a colleagues parental leave within our Finance team in our Wellington CBD office. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior Accounts Administrator to join our busy yet fun-loving team that works collaboratively to ensure you maximise your learning. This role is ideal for someone who has 4-5 years experience in an Accounts Administration role and is looking to enter that more senior space on their finance journey.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the billing for our services.
  • Clearing invoices in a timely and efficient manner
  • Auditing unbilled charges
  • Communicatingwith customers professionally and effectively

The ideal candidate:

  • Accounts Receivable experience and efficiency
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 360 proficiency in Excel is important
  • Detail oriented and meticulous in their planning
  • Excellent communicator confident and fluent when dealing with both clients and colleagues
  • Experience providing support and training to junior colleagues
