Why this role matters
Youll help customers succeed with Craft from day one turning casual users into power users. This role blends support education and content creation.
What youll do
Handle customer tickets to understand pain points and onboarding friction.
Design and deliver scalable training (docs videos live sessions webinars).
Identify content gaps and build resources that address recurring questions.
Support community engagement (forums Slack co-hosting live streams).
Partner with Marketing to showcase best practices and user stories.
Surface customer insights that inform product and CX strategy.
What were looking for
3 years in customer enablement onboarding or customer success.
Experience creating and delivering educational content.
Confident communicator comfortable on video or live events.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Passion for user education productivity tools and community building.
