The post-holder is responsible to provide a robust HR service and support to the Human Resources Managers daily operations.
- Be responsible for all aspect of the administration involved in the employee life cycle
- Support the monitoring of the performance evaluation process
- Support the implementation of personnel group and local policies and procedures and maintain compliance with country regulations
- Coordinate the processes for relocations and transfers including necessary visa applications
- Maintain the HR administration software
- Support the HR Controlling team in terms of reporting planning and budget tracking
- Support the tracking and analysis of personnel costs payroll benefits and HR operational expenses
- Provide monthly quarterly and annual HR reports
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years HR experience within a multinational company
- BSc/Msc degree in finance economics or business studies
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills systematic thinking
- Attention to detail problem-solving competencies
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
