We are looking for a Base Communication Lead within our Marketing Communications team. This strategic role oversees customer communications for Cogeco and Breezeline across North America. We are seeking a proactive individual with a strategic mindset who is passionate about the customer experience and excels at transforming complex business objectives into clear impactful communication.
The candidate will be responsible for managing customer communications across various touchpoints which includes developing and executing marketing strategies to improve engagement and loyalty. They will also be responsible for creating data-driven multi-channel communications in collaboration with various teams in an Agile environment and ensuring brand alignment by maintaining consistency in positioning and tone across all communications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop end-to-end customer communications that are engaging personalized and aligned with marketing and product strategies while maintaining consistency with the Cogeco and Breezeline brands across all channels.
Drive the execution of multiple marketing campaigns from inception to completion ensuring collaboration with internal stakeholders and adherence to processes.
Develop integrated communication strategies with multiple touchpoints (e.g. email direct mail SMS) that deliver a cohesive narrative to achieve our business objectives.
Write and edit effective copy for various communication channels ensuring clarity consistency and a clear call-to-action.
Guides and ensure best-in-class creative output is on-brand follows best practices and drives measurable action to meet our business objectives.
Analyze and report on key campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize communications and improve results.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project delivery processes and ensure continuous improvement in an Agile environment.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree or equivalent certification in marketing communications or a related field.
7 years of relevant experience in a similar marketing role.
Experience in telecommunications is an asset.
Experience in brand management multi-channel campaigns and marketing projects.
SPECIFIC SKILLS
Passion for the customer experience understanding the importance of branding and different touchpoint sequences.
Manage complex transformation projects from the ground up (data collection briefing execution tracking optimization).
Superior strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and good decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English French is an asset. The employee will collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.
Ability to effectively synthesize and simplify complex situations.
Independent and creative problem-solver action-oriented and motivated by results.
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to multitask within tight deadlines.
Knowledge of an agile environment an asset
