Job Summary

Our People Experience & Technology (PXT) leaders are at the forefront of our business path to delivering AI Solutions to customers and key partners and advisors to their leaders. Were seeking an experienced Program Manager to support work driven across the Applied AI Solutions (AAIS) PXT function to enable focus on people experience and operational excellence. The PM in this role will partner with HRBPs leaders and cross functional partner teams to achieve org-wide strategies and initiatives leaning into their strengths of change management cyclical execution and building and iterating scalable mechanisms.

Key job responsibilities
Design and implement scalable organizational mechanisms that support business growth while maintaining operational excellence
Partner with PXT team members and business leadership to create and execute key people initiatives across multiple geographies
Lead multiple high-impact programs that reduce operational friction and increase speed-to-execution across the org
Build metrics-driven frameworks to measure and improve organizational effectiveness
Drive major cross-functional initiatives to strengthen connections between teams and key Amazon partners
Create and maintain comprehensive operational tools playbooks and artifacts for standardized processes

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
8 years in program/project management HR Business Partner leadership or related field
5 years experience working with global teams and driving organizational change initiatives
Superior analytical skills with experience using and presenting data to make decisions
Proven track record of building and scaling organizational systems and processes
Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication


Masters degree in Human Resources MBA or related field
Global HR/operational experience
Strong business acumen
Experience developing long-term business and people strategy for technical organizations
Strong understanding of Amazons leadership principles and operational frameworks
Track record of successfully implementing organizational change management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $134800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $222800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
