The Lisbon Regional School District seeks a highly skilled and collaborative Business Administrator to oversee the financial business and operational functions of the school district. As a key member of the leadership team the Business Administrator ensures strong stewardship of district resources compliance with state and federal law and the effective delivery of support services that allow our schools to focus on their primary mission educating will have the opportunity to be a part of a School Administrative Unit startup and help shape the BA position and the SAU. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative leader with expertise in finance operations and strategic planning to make a meaningful impact in public Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategic PlanningServe as a core member of the districts leadership financial and operational insights to support district goals strategic initiatives and long-range and present at School Board budget committee and district strong relationships with municipal officials state agencies staff and community ManagementDevelop and manage the annual district budget including revenue and expenditure payroll accounts payable/receivable grants and compliance with GAAP GASB and all state/federal reporting annual financial audits and manage bond alternative revenue streams and support grant RolesOversee payroll and benefits collective bargaining contract compliance and personnel cost on staff management and professional maintenance operations and long-term capital construction projects safety initiatives and energy management and improve efficiency of transportation food service and other district support & ComplianceAdminister district insurance programs risk management and safety compliance with state and federal guidelines for transportation facilities and food service Package Includes:Health and dental insuranceParticipation in NH Retirement SystemPaid vacation sick and personal leave Life InsuranceProfessional development opportunities
