We are a fast-growing IT services and product development company delivering projects across AI/ML Web & Mobile Development Cloud Solutions and Data Engineering. We work with clients worldwide from startups to enterprises and are now expanding our team to bring on board an Upwork Bidder Expert who can help us grow our business pipeline.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively bid on Upwork projects across relevant categories (Web Development Mobile Apps AI/ML Cloud Data Engineering).
  • Understand client requirements analyze project scopes and write tailored persuasive proposals.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to create winning strategies for each proposal.
  • Maintain client communication until deal closure.

  • Generate regular reports on leads conversions and pipeline.

  • Meet monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • 1- 2 years of proven experience in bidding on Upwork (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of IT services such as Web/Mobile Development AI/ML Cloud and Data Engineering.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to craft customized high-conversion proposals.

  • Strong client engagement and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
