Requirements:
- 35 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and production support
- Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting
- ITSM module experience (mandatory)
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows and integrations
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve production issues independently
- Excellent communication skills with experience working in global or international teams
Responsibilities:
- Develop configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM Incident Problem Change and Service Catalog
- Provide L2/L3 production support including issue analysis defect fixing and root cause resolution
- Design and maintain Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Workflows and Flow Designer
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform platform upgrades patches and enhancements
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices related to performance security and scalability
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for configurations integrations and support activities
