As a HR Intern you will have the opportunity to work with various HR team members to provide support and guidance to achieve and impact the HR Goals. We are looking for someone with a great service attitude focus on results and data analysis who has a strong initiative to improve status-quo and incorporate change.

What you will do:

• Project assignment for at least 6 months to design and automate operational performance metrics (KPIs)
• Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to existing HR processes
• Participates in sessions to analyze and document processes and identify potential opportunities to improve
• Prepares reports charts and diagrams to illustrate process improvements and project data
• Assist HR Shared Services Operations Teams by working on projects to improve the overall service and employee experience
• Track and communicate the progress and results of ongoing process improvement projects

What you will bring:

• Final year of Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field with a minimum CGPA of at least 3.2
• Ability to commit to at least 5 months of internship period
• Interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
