What Youll Do:
As a Restaurant Manager at 4 Rivers Smokehouse youll be at the heart of our operations ensuring every aspect of our restaurant runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service
Leading training and motivating a team of passionate staff
Managing inventory ordering supplies and maintaining health and safety standards
Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues with a positive and professional attitude
Collaborating with the executive team to implement new strategies and initiatives
