Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and catering 4 Rivers Smokehouse in Jacksonville is looking for a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our fast casual smokehouse and manage our growing in-house catering.

What Youll Do
- Lead the Jacksonville Smokehouse: Oversee all front and back-of-house operations including dine-in to-go and catering.
- Run a Strong Catering Operation: Oversee catering logistics staffing scheduling and guest relationships for events large and small.
- Develop & Empower Your Team: Hire train and grow a high-performing team of team members and supervisors.
- Drive Operational Success: Manage labor food costs inventory and P&L to meet financial targets.
- Ensure 5-Star Guest Service: Cultivate a culture of hospitality that consistently delivers quality and care.
- Engage with the Community: Be the face of the brand in Jacksonville from local events to neighborhood partnerships.
What You Bring
- 3 years of General Manager experience in a fast casual or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Catering or off-site event management experience (preferred).
- Strong business acumen: confident with P&L scheduling and food/labor cost controls.
- Passion for people: youre a motivator a problem-solver and a culture builder.
- Tech-friendly: Experience with systems like Restaurant365 Schoox LMS and Microsoft Office is a plus.
