The Boeing CompanyBCA Engineering Customer Support is seeking an Associate Approval Process Coordinator (Level 2) to join a team where you will coordinate and ensure compliance for the approval of Service Bulletins for all Boeing airplane position is based in Seal Beach CA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review process documents and ensure compliance to those documents.
Verify Service Bulletin reviewer list is accurate and complete prior to sending review package to team.
Coordinate with outside engineering groups to complete their reviews in a timely manner including through phone calls and instant messenger.
Train engineers on the Service Bulletin review and approval process and provide coaching to individuals that need improvement in adhering to our established processes.
Work under general direction.
Willing to stay late or work on the weekend occasionally to support the release of Service Bulletins.
Occasionally travel to stakeholder facilities to support the Service Bulletin department or represent the team in a workshop (typically Long Beach CA or Seattle WA).
Work Authorization
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Seal Beach CA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
3 years of experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Bachelor degree and 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master1 years of related work experience 7 years of related work experience etc.).
Experience working in the aerospace industry
Experience working with FAA and foreign regulatory agencies procedures and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
