The Robotics Supply Chain organization sources a portfolio of robotics technology and is responsible for getting the right materials to the right place at the right time to support our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. Its an operation that works cross-functionally with teams across Amazon globally and is driven by data and metrics. The Supply Chain team is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Business Leader to manage the timely and efficient material delivery to MSP (Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging) sites by managing schedules and addressing supply chain constraints. This role will own end to end planning of an aftermarket portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze demand fluctuations resolve delivery challenges and communicate risks to stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving risk management and continuous improvement to enhance overall supply chain performance.
Key job responsibilities
-Oversee end-to-end supply chain planning of a portfolio of aftermarket MSP solutions ensuring materials are delivered on time to meet project requirements.
-Proactively identify supply chain risks implement robust mitigation strategies and communicate potential disruptions to stakeholders to maintain business continuity.
-Drive supply chain delivery performance by owning key metrics addressing constraints and influencing stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks effectively.
-Lead timely risk assessments and provide transparent updates to stakeholders outlining risks and actionable plans to achieve supply stability.
-Partner with Robotics Maintenance Hardware Engineering Logistics Commodity Management and Purchasing teams to evaluate and communicate the impact of changes to the demand and supply plan.
- 5 years of developing negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5 years of professional or military experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements; hands on experience of SQL/ Tableau
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying negotiating and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
