About Gigglewaters Social Club and Screening Room: Gigglewaters is a one-of-a-kind destination blending a lively social club with an immersive screening room experience. What Youll Do (Responsibilities): As our Assistant General Manager you will be instrumental in the daily operations and overall success of Gigglewaters. Your responsibilities will include:

Operational Excellence: Overseeing daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth functioning consistent quality control and adherence to all health and safety standards.
People Management: Leading motivating and developing our diverse team including setting clear expectations providing constructive feedback conducting performance reviews and adeptly resolving conflicts. Youll foster a supportive and engaging work environment where every team member feels valued and connected.
Financial Acumen: Assisting with cost control budgeting inventory management and profit margin analysis to ensure financial health and optimize spending without compromising quality.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring every guest receives legendary service promptly handling customer complaints and turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
Hiring & Training: Participating in the recruitment onboarding and ongoing training of new team members helping to build a skilled and cohesive workforce.
Scheduling: Assisting with creating efficient staff schedules that balance operational needs with employee well-being.
Culture & Community: Actively promoting and embodying Gigglewaters unique culture fostering teamwork and supporting our community involvement initiatives.
Adaptability & Crisis Management: Demonstrating the ability to stay calm under pressure multitask effectively and lead the team through unexpected challenges and busy periods.

What Were Looking For (Qualifications):

A minimum of 2 years of full restaurant service experience is preferred.
Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on people management and fostering a positive team environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen attentively and resolve issues effectively.
A genuine passion for creating an upbeat professional and community-focused atmosphere.
Strong business acumen including an understanding of cost control and operational efficiency.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.
No major felony convictions.
