Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Fulton Missouri

Work Schedule

Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
No weekend or holiday shifts
No emergency/on-call services required

Position Overview:We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral assessments and develop individualized interventions for individuals diagnosed with both developmental disabilities and mental health conditions. This role is essential to a collaborative treatment team and is focused on helping clients achieve positive outcomes through targeted behavior support.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team.
Conduct behavioral observations and assessments to determine treatment needs.
Design implement and monitor Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) with goals to:
- Enhance adaptive life skills
- Minimize maladaptive or disruptive behaviors
- Facilitate movement toward less restrictive settings.
Review treatment progress adjust BSPs as necessary and document updates.
Take an active role in team meetings for treatment planning and review.

Qualifications

Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Prior experience supporting individuals with both developmental disabilities and mental illness.
Excellent problem-solving data analysis and communication skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work across disciplines.
