Autism Center of Excellence is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in our Virginia Beach clinic. This role provides consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through structured high-quality ABA therapy.
Position Details
- Location: Virginia Beach VA
- Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM4:00 PM
- Setting: In-clinic
- Compensation: $21$26 per hour
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Certification Required: Active RBT
What Youll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a structured clinic setting
- Implement treatment and behavior plans developed by a BCBA
- Support communication social and daily living skill development
- Record accurate skill and behavior data in electronic systems
- Participate in supervision training and team collaboration
- Maintain a positive professional presence with children and families
What Were Looking For
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children and ABA therapy
- Ability to work reliably MondayFriday 9 AM4 PM
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout sessions

Required Education:
