Our mission is to deliver high-quality evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that empower children with autism and related developmental disabilities to reach their fullest potential. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Director/BCBA to lead our clinical team and support our continued growth.
Position Overview
The Clinical Director/BCBA will oversee the clinical operations of the practice provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services and maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards. This role combines leadership responsibilities with direct client care offering an opportunity to influence both clinical outcomes and organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and direction for ABA therapy services.
- Conduct assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP ABLLS-R AFLS functional behavior assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise mentor and provide ongoing training to BCBAs BCaBAs RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Monitor client progress analyze data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure services meet BACB state and insurance compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with families schools and multidisciplinary teams to support client success.
- Lead regular team meetings case reviews and clinical trainings.
- Support growth initiatives including staff recruitment onboarding and retention.
- Uphold a culture of excellence accountability and ethical practice.
Qualifications
- Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of post-certification experience in ABA therapy.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles treatment planning and data analysis.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with staff families and community partners.
