Job Description:
Project management:
Achieve project objectives (time scope cost quality) to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
Define implement and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations).
Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt.
Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management.
Performance monitoring:
Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
Control the actual situation against planning.
- Prepare the Industrial Review Meeting (IRM).
- Control the Overall Supply Chain Performance (Supply Dashboard) of ECG including Subs.
- Secure Industrial Risk Management.
- Manage the OTI/OTD Management System.
- Perform and coordinate Improvement actions for Inventory Optimization of all Industrial activities.
Continuous improvement:
Mission:An internal reference to drive and enable the achievement of business excellence by the application of the business improvement fundamentals based on lean and right first time lean principles and associated methods and approaches such as Lean / Operating systems Problem Solving and Quality Standards.
Develops and contributes to the evolution and maintenance of the improvement referential and leads the transfer and coaching of improvement concepts principles tools & techniques and the development of autonomy/competency in the business.
