Job Summary

The Brand Content Specialist plays a key role in shaping and sharing the voice of Project for Pride in Living. This person will develop compelling content across digital and print platforms to elevate our brand engage supporters and celebrate the impact of our programs. From donor communications to participant stories this role blends creativity with strategy to build deeper connections with our audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Produce content for social media blog posts donor materials and annual reports
  • Interview program participants staff and partners to craft authentic mission-aligned stories
  • Collaborate with program teams to translate complex data and outcomes into accessible inspiring narratives

Brand Voice & Messaging

  • Support the development of brand guidelines and help teams apply them effectively

Digital Engagement

  • Create and manage content calendars for social media and email campaigns
  • Work with the digital team to optimize content for SEO and audience engagement

Campaign & Event Support

  • Develop promotional materials for fundraising campaigns events and community initiatives
  • Assist with video scripts signage and other creative assets as needed

Qualification

  • 3 years of experience in content creation communications or marketingpreferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting
  • Familiarity with social media platforms email marketing tools and basic design software (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Passion for equity housing justice and workforce development

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with video production or photography
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital analytics
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Hours: Full time Non- Exempt M-F

Salary:$21-$25 per hour DOQ
