We are partnering with our client to recruit an Experienced Personal Insurance Advisor with strong farm insurance expertise to join their Farm Book of Business Team on a permanent full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who not only understands personal lines but also has a proven track record working with farm policies and farm clients.

Managing and growing a farm-focused personal insurance book of business
Helping farm and rural clients find tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs
Staying up to date on underwriting rules farm policy guidelines and workflow processes
Delivering outstanding customer service and expert advice ensuring farm clients feel confident in their coverage
Writing new farm and personal insurance policies with efficiency and accuracy
Building long-term client relationships with an emphasis on trust retention and growth within the farm segment
Contributing to new sales strategies and process improvements and sharing feedback with the team
Engaging in ongoing training and professional development
Farm insurance experience is a must candidates without it will not be considered
Post-secondary education or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar advisor role
Level 2 AIC license completed
High degree of professionalism diplomacy and integrity
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to coach and mentor colleagues
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team
