We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to head up our soon-to-open office in Bucks County PA ensuring superior service delivery and business growth. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in launching and managing a brand-new location for our expanding organization.
This role will start with training in our Blue Bell headquarters and will continue until licensure for the Bucks County office is complete. During this time candidates must be able to commute to Blue Bell PA five days per week. Once training is complete the position will transition to our Bucks County office.

Compensation: $60000 - $70000
What we expect from you:
- Establish and oversee operations for our new Bucks County office driving efficiency andperformance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Oversee scheduling staffing and compliance to maintain seamless care delivery.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Enforce company policies and state regulations to ensure top-tier care standards.
- Drive recruitment training and retention initiatives to build a high-performing team.
- Cultivate relationships with clients families and community partners to expand agency reach.
- Manage budgets optimize costs and ensure financial sustainability.
- Participate in on call schedule.

You will be successful in the role if you have:
- Proven experience in operations management preferably in home care healthcare or a service-drivenindustry.
- Strong leadership skills with a results-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on execution and follow-through.
- Experience with scheduling software compliance regulations and process improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
- Ability to pass all hiring criteria as defined by company standards and/or state regulations along with reliable transportation valid drivers license and valid car insurance.
- Ability to be culture ambassador & ambition to grow with the company.
