Job Summary

Description
Compiles payroll data entry of data and reconciliation of errors prepares payroll reporting data for the payroll analyst to maintain payroll records.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Researches required employee information using available resources.
  • Handles and resolve employee payroll grievances.
  • Ability to identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Provides internal customer service by obtaining employee information and guiding towards a resolution.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to recognize when follow-up is required with internal customer.
  • Contact business or private individuals by phone.
  • Must have strong listening skills.
  • May be asked to perform various other clerical tasks.
  • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

Qualifications:

Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time in connection with their duties and may be subject to the same environment.

EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma required.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum two years of phone or customer service related experience preferred.

ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of computer software; MS Excel Access and Project Infinium.
  • Attention to detail and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attitude
