Job Summary
The Communication & Learning Coordinator plays a dual role in shaping the KEEN employee experienceby supporting both Learning & Development (L&D) programs and Culture & Communications (C&C)initiatives. This position provides high-quality coordination logistics and communication support toensure employees are engaged connected and continuously developing. Working closely with theLearning & Development and the Culture & Communications teams the Coordinator manages programlogistics creates and maintains content and curates resources that reflect KEENs culture of growthrecognition and belonging.
Thisrole is based in Portland and requires a regular presence at our global headquarters (minimum fourdays per week).
Essential Functions
Shared Responsibilities
Coordinates logistics scheduling communications and resources toensure programs events and initiatives run smoothly.
Prepares edits and maintains content (learning materials communications intranet posts templates slide decks) that reflectKEENs culture brand standards and employee experience goals.
Maintains Campfire intranet content calendars and resources withconsistent formatting accessibility and alignment to brandguidelines.
Collects feedback and engagement metrics to evaluate effectivenessand recommend continuous improvements.
Works with stakeholders and business units to ensure timelyupdates alignment and communication of priorities.
Learning & Development (L&D)
Coordinates logistics for L&D programs including marketingparticipant tracking and reporting on assignments and metrics.
Prepares and distributes learning resources such as playbookshandouts catalogs and other program materials.
Assists with recognition and learning-related initiatives (e.g. Learnerof the Month development campaigns).
Provides event coordination and producer support for in-personlearning events and on-line learning sessions.
Culture & Communications (C&C)
Drafts edits and publishes employee-facing communicationsincluding announcements recognition spotlights and culturalfeatures.
Provides communications support for company-wide meetings andevents (e.g. Business & Bagels Global Gatherings) includingscripts slides and post-event recaps.
Uses templates and guides to help maintain style guides templatesand best practices to streamline communication processes.
Assists with research and shares ideas for communication formatstools or features to enhance employee engagement.

Base Salary:$25.31 - $28.13/hr
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience knowledge and skills and location.
