Job Summary
As a Senior Integration Engineer you will support the design development integration and lifecycle management of advanced radar systems. The Senior Program Engineer will act as a technical integrator across multi-disciplinary teams ensuring successful program execution from concept through deployment. This role requires strong systems engineering integration and test (SEIT) expertise program management coordination and the ability to interface with stakeholders including government and military leadership cross-functional stakeholders and the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate system-level integration and testing including modeling and simulation laboratory field and flight tests.
- Prepare and present technical briefings to inform leadership and SEIT cross-functional teams.
- Support management of radar program schedules budgets risk assessments contract technical discussions and technical milestones.
- Support technical and programmatic oversight of hardware software and integration activities for radar subsystems (antennas transmit/receive modules signal processing power systems environmental control systems).
- Support the development of flight profiles and test matrices for flight tests.
- Ensure compliance with user requirements system performance specifications industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the SEIT personnel and the OEM to resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Systems Engineering Physics or related field.
- 5 years of experience in system design development or program management.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree or higher in Engineering or related discipline
- 7 years of experience with DoD AIAMD and/or weapon system integration
- Current TS//SCI clearance
- Familiarity with Agile Earned Value Management (EVM) and defense acquisition processes.
