Product Marketing Manager United States / United Kingdom / Singapore
We are seeking a technically strong and strategically minded Product Manager to drive the development and global success of advanced video compression and AI-powered media processing solutions. With teams across the US/UK/Asia the company develops next-generation technologies that power seamless streaming efficient video delivery and high-quality user experiences worldwide.
In this role you will bridge product strategy with executiondefining requirements shaping roadmaps and working closely with engineering sales and enterprise customers. A unique blend of technical depth product leadership and market insight is essential alongside fluent Mandarin which is a non-negotiable requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Define product vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
Partner with engineering to translate market needs and customer feedback into detailed product requirements.
Lead prioritization and trade-off decisions across features balancing technical feasibility with business impact.
Collaborate with sales marketing and business development to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Analyze market trends customer use cases and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and differentiation.
Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand pain points gather feedback and shape product direction.
Ensure successful product launches by coordinating cross-functional go-to-market activities.
Track product performance and iterate quickly based on data and insights.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical discipline (Masters a plus).
5 years of experience in product management for B2B technology products ideally in video streaming AI or cloud infrastructure.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in detailed discussions with engineering teams.
Proven success leading the full product lifecycle from strategy through execution.
Exceptional problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Fluent Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)mandatory.
Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with teams customers and partners.
