Job Summary

OVERVIEW:
Are you passionate about turning data into clear actionable insights that power business success Join Gymsharks Insights Hub on a 12m FTC and be the driving force behind smarter decision-making across brand marketing eCommerce commercial and more.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

Deliver data-driven insights to optimise business performance across multiple teams.
Integrate diverse data sources to solve strategic challenges.
Enhance forecasting models and support key KPI tracking.
Build intuitive dashboards and BI visualisations to democratise data access.
Collaborate with analytics data engineering and business teams to embed insights into core processes.
Manage ad hoc analysis requests and prioritise high-impact projects.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

Strong analytical skills with a passion for extracting actionable insights.
Expertise in statistical modelling regression analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Experience in apparel eCommerce or physical retail sectors.
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with tools like Looker and GA4.
Excellent communication skillsable to make complex data easy to understand.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage projects effectively.

This role would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ Solihull UK.
