Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Marketing Insights Lead to guide strategic decision-making across Entains ASE region. Working with a marketing budget of 200M and supporting key markets including Brazil Canada Spain Portugal and Greece youll play a pivotal role in shaping how we invest optimise and scale. This role reports directly to the VP of Finance & Strategy offering significant exposure and influence across regional leadership.
- Build a best-in-class marketing measurement practice from the ground up supported by a skilled data team building the required data pipelines and models.
Lead core measurement initiatives including marketing mix modelling attribution incrementality testing and brand lift studies.
Develop clear actionable recommendations that inform investment decisions and guide the regions MD and marketing teams.
Translate complex measurement outputs into commercially aligned insights that drive performance and growth across diverse markets
Qualifications :
10 years experience in marketing measurement either in-house or with a specialist provider (e.g. Nielsen).
Demonstrated ability to build models and measurement frameworks from scratch.
Strong analytical mindset with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of how to translate data into practical high-impact recommendations.
Comfortable operating across multiple international markets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
