Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing leads opportunities tendering and project delivery across multiple sectors. The role involves developing and aligning project plans with sectorspecific objectives in coordination with dedicated project teams. The Project Manager ensures the consolidation and reporting of project statuses addresses crosssector risks and interdependencies and guarantees alignment with organizational standards.
A key part of the role is ensuring stakeholder engagement managing performance and providing continuous oversight of investment activities reporting directly to the management function and ensuring followup actions are addressed as needed.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify plan and oversee the execution of leads opportunities and projects in alignment with organizational strategic goals.
Develop and implement clear project control plans including scope objectives timelines and budgets.
Lead project control teams to meet defined goals and delivery milestones.
Engage effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Manage risks address scope changes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Resolve issues proactively and apply sound judgment to project decisions.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective delivery and communication.
Monitor report and optimize project performance using control methodologies.
Document all project activities to support organizational knowledge sharing.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 6 9 years of experience in project management or a related field. Education Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or equivalent. Professional certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Competency Requirements: Practical experience in managing projects and programs across multiple streams.
